About the event
By saving seeds from our garden or farm each year, we can grow plants that are adapted to our harsh high-desert environment, increasing production and reducing water requirements. Learn from local farmers and gardeners who have been saving their own seeds and discover the joy in continuing your own adapted crops year after year. Depending on grant funding availability, participants may even be able to take home materials to help them harvest, clean, and store their own seeds at home. No registration needed. Please wear a mask to help everyone stay healthy.
